【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesguidanceformarinebiologicalsurveysofsupralittoral,eulittoralandsublittoralhardsubstrateforenvironmentalimpactassessmentandmonitoringincoastalareas.ThisInternationalStandardcomprises--developmentofthesamplingprogramme,-surveymethods,--speciesidentification,and--storageofdataandcollectedmaterial.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestheminimumrequirementsforenvironmentalmonitoring.Themethodsarelimitedtosurveysandsemi-quantitativeandquantitativerecordingtechniquesthatcauselittledestructionofthefaunaandflora.Inpractice,thisreferstodirectrecordinginthefieldandphotography.Samplingbyscrapingofforganisms,useofasuctionsampler,etc.arenotcoveredinthisInternationalStandard,butsuchtechniquescanbeusedasasupplementtoobtaininformationonsmall-sizedspeciesorthosethatlivehidden.
