【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61097specifiestheminimumoperationalandperformancerequirementsandmethodsoftestingwithrequiredtestresultsfortransmittersandreceiverscapableofvoicecommunication,digitalselectivecallingandnarrowbanddirectprintingtelegraphyfortheGMDSSoperatingineitherthemediumfrequencybandonlyorinmediumandhighfrequencybandsallocatedintheITURadioRegulationstotheMaritimeMobileService,asrequiredbyChapterIVofSOLAS1974asamendedin1988andwhichisassociatedwithIEC60945.WhenarequirementinthisstandardisdifferentfromIEC60945,therequirementofthisstandardshalltakeprecedence.Thisstandardreferstoequipmentfor:-singleside-band(SSB)transmissionandreceptionforradiotelephony;-frequencyshiftkeyingorsingleside-bandtransmissionandreceptionfordigitalselectivecallingsignals(DSC)accordingtoRecommendationITU-RM.493-7;and-frequencyshiftkeyingorsingleside-bandtransmissionandreceptionfornarrowbanddirectprintingtelegraphy(NBDP)accordingtoRecommendationITU-RM.625-3;asapplicable.Thisstandardreferstoradioequipment,whichisnotintegratedwithOSCencodersordecoders,orNBDPmodems,butdefinestheinterfaceswith,andtheRFcharacteristicsof,suchequipment.NOTE-TherequirementsforintegratedDSCencodersordecodersmaybefoundinIEC61097-3andforintegratedNBDPmodemsinthefutureIEC61097-11.TheserequirementsincludetherelevantprovisionsoftheRadioRegulationsandoftheIMOResolutionsA.334(IX),A.421(XI),A.694(17),A.804(19),andA.806(19)andSOLAS.NOTE-Therequirementfortwo-tonegenerators(A.421(XI))isonlyapplicableuntil1February1999.Iftheequipment,orpartsofit,isdesignedinsuchamannerthatitcanbeusedforothercategoriesofmaritimeradiocommunicationservices(e.g.radiodataorfacsimiletransmission),thosepartsoftheequipmentshallfulfiltherelevantrequirementsoftheappropriatestandardsfortheservice(s)inquestion.NOTE-AlltextofthisstandardthewordingofwhichisidenticaltothatinIMOResolutionsandtothatintherelevantITU-RRecommendationsisprintedinitalicsandisprefixedbyreferences(804etc.)inbrackets.WhenthetextisidenticalinA.804andA.806thereferenceA.806willbeused.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestunnellingof"QSIG"overtheSessionInitiationProtocol(SIP)withinacorporatetelecommunicationnetwork(CN)."QSIG"isasignallingprotocolthatoperatesbetweenPrivateIntegratedservicesNetworkexchanges(PINX)withinaPrivateIntegratedServicesNetwork(PISN).APISNprovidescircuit-switchedbasicservicesandsupplementaryservicestoitsusers.QSIGisspecifiedinStandards,inparticular[1](callcontrolinsupportofbasicservices),[2](genericfunctionalprotocolforthesupportofsupplementaryservices)andanumberofStandardsspecifyingindividualsupplementaryservices.NOTEThenameQSIGwasderivedfromthefactthatitisusedforsignallingattheQreferencepoint.TheQreferencepointisapointofdemarcationbetweentwoPINXs.SIPisanapplicationlayerprotocolforestablishing,terminatingandmodifyingmultimediasessions.ItistypicallycarriedoverIP[4],[6].Telephonecallsareconsideredasatypeofmultimediasessionwherejustaudioisexchanged.SIPisdefinedin[9].OftenaCNcomprisesbothPISNsemployingQSIGandIPnetworksemployingSIP.AcallcanoriginateatauserconnectedtoaPISNandterminateatauserconnectedtoanIPnetworkorviceversa.Ineithercase,agatewayprovidesinterworkingbetweenQSIGandSIPattheboundarybetweenthePISNandtheIPnetwork.Basiccallinterworkingatagatewayisspecifiedin[3].AnothercaseiswhereacalloriginatesatauserconnectedtoaPISN,traversesanIPnetworkusingSIP,andterminatesatauserconnectedtoanother(oranotherpartofthesame)PISN.ThisdocumentaddressesthislastcaseinawaythatpreservesallQSIGcapabilitiesacrosstheIPnetwork.ItachievesthisbytunnellingQSIGmessageswithinSIPrequestsandresponsesinthecontextofaSIPdialog.ThetunnellingofQSIGthroughapublicIPnetworkemployingSIPisoutsidethescopeofthisspecification.However,thefunctionalityspecifiedinthisspecificationisinprincipleapplicabletosuchascenariowhendeployedinconjunctionwithotherrelevantfunctionality(e.g.,addresstranslation,securityfunctions,etc.).ThisspecificationisapplicabletoanyinterworkingunitthatcanactasagatewaybetweenaPISNemployingQSIGandacorporateIPnetworkemployingSIP,withQSIGtunnelledwithinSIPrequestsandresponses.
