【摘要】:TheIEC61970-405GenericEventingandSubscription(GES)specificationspecifiesageneralizedinterfaceforefficientexchangeofmessages.ThespecificationtakesintoaccountthelatenciescausedbyaLocalAreaNetwork(LAN)providingefficientdataexchangealsooverLocalAreaNetworks.TheGenericEventingandSubscription(GES)Aplisexpectedtoprovideoneoftheprimarymeansforaccomplishingapplicationintegration.BeyondthescopeoftheGESApl,otherAPIsaddressthehighperformance,real-timeinteractiveneedsofanapplicationwithinarunningsystemaswellasrequest/replyorientedgenericdataaccess.IEC61970-405isderivedfromtheObjectManagementGroup(OMG)DataAcquisitionfromIndustrialSystemssectionAlarmsandEvents(DAISA&E)specification.OMGDAISA&EreliesonItheOMGDataAccessFacility(DAF)andOPCAlarmsandEvents(A&E)specifications.OMGDAISA&EisaPlatformSpecificModel(PSM)withCORBAastheplatformandOPCA&EisaPSMwithMicrosoftCOMastheplatform.ImplementerswantinganintroductiontoOMGDAISA&EandOPCA&Eshallreadthesedocuments.TheGESinterfaceisintendedtointeroperatewithotherIEC61970basedinterfaces.Henceitispossibletouseinformationretrievedfromotherinterfacetoaccessthesameinformationusingthisinterface,forexample:~objectidentifiers,~attributenamesoridentifiers,~classnamesoridentifiers.ThewaydataisorganizedinaserverimplementingtheGESinterfacecanbeseenbyusingthebrowseinterfacesfordataandmetadata.Itisalsopossibletousethedataaccessinterfacedirectlywithoutusingthebrowseinterfacesiftheclienthasanaprioriknowledgeofobject,classandattributeidentifiers.Objectidentifiersmayberetrievedusingdatafromotherinterfaces,forexampleaClMXMLfileortheIEC61970-404interface.InformationonwhatclassesandattributesareavailablewillbedescribedinIEC61970-45Xdocuments,lIEC61970-405describesthefunctionalityinatechnologyindependentway,itisaPlatformIndependentSpecification(PIM).Hence,itexplainsthefunctionalitytoalevelthatcanbeusedtocreatePSMsorbeanintroductiontoexistingPSMs,i.e.DAISA&EandOPCA&E.ImplementerswantinganintroductiontoOMGDAISA&EandOPCA&Eshouldreadthesedocuments.IEC61970-405consistsoftwoparts:~SCADAalarmsandeventsthatisthePlatformIndependentSpecification(PIM)derivedfromDAISA&EandOPCA&E.Thispartiscalled"GenericEventingandSubscriptionAlarmsandEvents"(GESA&E).~GenericmessagingthatisageneralizationoftheSCADAalarmsandevents.Thispartisjustcalled"GenericEventingandSubscription"(GES).IEC61970-1providestheEMS-Aplreferencemodeluponwhichthisstandardisbased.Inthatreferencemodel,theterminologyusedinthispartofIEC61970isintroducedandtheroleoftheCISisexplained.L
