【摘要】:ThispartofISO6336describescontactandtooth-rootstresses,andgivesnumericalvaluesforbothlimitstressnumbers.Itspecifiesrequirementsformaterialqualityandheattreatmentandcommentsontheirinfluencesonbothlimitstressnumbers.ValuesinaccordancewiththispartofISO6336aresuitableforusewiththecalculationproceduresprovidedinISO6336-2andISO6336-3andintheapplicationstandardsforindustrial,highspeedandmarinegears.TheyareapplicabletothecalculationproceduresgiveninISO10300forratingtheloadcapacityofbevelgears.ThispartofISO6336isapplicabletoallgearing,basicrackprofiles,profiledimensions,design,etc.,coveredbythosestandards.TheresultsareingoodagreementwithothermethodsfortherangeindicatedinthescopeofISO6336-1.
