【摘要】:Theglobaldescription"wallsawandwiresawequipment"containstwodifferingtypesofmachinesforuseintheconstructionindustry,andbothusedtomakecutsonwalls,ceilingsandfloorscomposedofmineralconstructionmaterialsand/orcompositematerials.Themanydifferentcuttingtasksandchoiceofoperatingmethoddeterminethetypeofmachinetobeusedforeachapplication.Themachinesmaythereforebesplitintothefollowingtwoprincipalclassifications:--Wallsaws-exclusivelyrailguided-transportable.--Wiresaws-transportable.Themachinesareintendedfortheuseofdiamondtools.Thetypesofcuttingtoolsusedinconjunctionwiththemachinesasdescribedabovefallwithinthedesignanduseparameterssuppliedbythemanufacturer.Cuttingdebrygeneratedbythecuttingactionisremovedfromthecuttingjointbyamediumsuchaswaterdirectedtothecuttingtool.Machinescoveredbythisstandardmaybepoweredby:electricmotor,ICengine,electro-hydraulicdriveandICengine-hydraulicdrive.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttowallsawsandwiresawsmachinery,whentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).Thisstandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazardsgeneratedbythecuttingprocessworkcycle.Forspecialapplications,forexample,whenworkinginpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres,additionalsafetyrequirementsisnecessarywhicharenotcoveredbythisstandard.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplyforwiresawsintendedforquarryingandstationarymachiningofnaturalstoneascoveredbyprEN15163.ThisEuropeanStandardappliesprimarilytomachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofapprovalbyCENofthisstandard.
