适用范围
本标准规定了用原子吸收光谱法对饲料中铅的测定。本标准适用于配合饲料、浓缩饲料、单一饲料、添加剂预混料中铅的测定。干灰化法适用于含有有机物较多的饲料原料、配合饲料、浓缩饲料中铅的测定。湿消化法分盐酸消化法和高氯酸消化法。盐酸消化法适用于不含有机物质的添加剂预混料和矿物质饲料中铅的测定。高氯酸消化法适用于含有机物质的添加剂预混料中铅的测定。
