【摘要】:ThispartofISO1452specifiesthecharacteristicsoffittingsmadefromunplasticizedpoly(vinylchloride)(PVC-U)forpipingsystemsintendedforwatersupplyandforburiedandabove-grounddrainageandsewerageunderpressure.ItalsospecifiesthetestparametersforthetestmethodsreferredtointhispartofISO1452.InconjunctionwithISO1452-1,ISO1452-2andISO1452-5,itisapplicabletoPVC-UfittingsandtojointswithcomponentsofPVC-U,otherplasticsandnon-plasticsmaterialsintendedtobeusedforthefollowing:a)watermainsandservicesburiedintheground;b)conveyanceofwaterabovegroundforbothoutsideandinsidebuildings;c)buriedandabove-grounddrainageandsewerageunderpressure.Itisapplicabletofittingsinpipingsystemsintendedforthesupplyofwaterunderpressureuptoandincluding25°C(coldwater),intendedforhumanconsumptionandforgeneralpurposesaswellasforwastewaterunderpressure.ThispartofISO1452isalsoapplicabletocomponentsfortheconveyanceofwaterandwastewateruptoandincluding45°C.Fortemperaturesbetween25°Cand45°C,FigureA.1ofISO1452-2:2009applies.NOTE1Theproducerandtheend-usercancometoagreementonthepossibilitiesofusefortemperaturesabove45°Conacase-by-casebasis.Dependingonthejointingmethod,thispartofISO1452isapplicabletothefollowingtypesoffittings:-fittingsforsolventcementing;-elastomericringsealfittings.PVC-Ufittingscanbemanufacturedbyinjection-mouldingand/orbefabricatedfrompipe.ThispartofISO1452isalsoapplicabletoPVC-Uflangeadaptersandtothecorrespondingflangesmadefromvariousmaterials.ThispartofISO1452coversarangeoffittingsizesandpressureclassesandgivesrequirementsconcerningcolours.NOTE2Itistheresponsibilityofthepurchaserorspecifiertomaketheappropriateselectionsfromtheseaspects,takingintoaccounttheirparticularrequirementsandanyrelevantnationalregulationsandinstallationpracticesorcodes.
